You’ll be participating in 5 personal training sessions individually designed to buff up your knowledge of functional fitness before you join classes!
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in our functional fitness program, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a functional fitness workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in our functional fitness program you may graduate to our regular classes and get the full experience!
Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. 777 Strength and Conditioning is located and easily accessible from all of Seattle.
