My story is a simple one. A small-town boy with big city dreams.......seriously though my personal history is filled with various forms of athletics and coaching. Ranging from football to CrossFit. I get jazzed when I see people make progress towards goals or that oh so often surprise PR that you hit during a workout. Outside of the gym, I enjoy playing/learning the drums. Also, I have started the journey of becoming a homebrewer. Oh, and I enjoy a good old swing dance or two.
