I grew up in Alberta, Canada - and moved to Seattle in 2009. I got my first fitness certification back in 2005 with an emphasis on group exercise. In 2011 started taking CrossFit classes as a way to get stronger to do my favorite outside activities, I fell in love with both the movement and the community and started coaching in 2013. My favorite things in the gym include- loud music, strong coffee, the supportive people, anything with a kettlebell and hang squat cleans!
